There are a variety of factors like size of the house, if you have pets, if you have young kids; however, generally it is recommended to have the house cleaned weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly in order to maintain a healthy environment, keep insects away, and ensure your home is a place you can be proud of.
Do I need to provide supplies and equipment?
Nope! Our cleaners will bring everything so all you need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy your clean home.
Can I make special requests?
Absolutely – let us know what you are looking for and we will gladly structure the clean to ensure you get exactly what you want.
How long does a clean take?
Depending on the size of the house and scope of the work, the average clean takes between two and four hours.

Should I add a deep clean to my first service?
Every situation is different but if it has been more than four weeks since your last thorough house clean, then it might be a good idea. We’ll make sure the place looks good as new when we’re done and then maintain it that way on future 5-star quality cleans.
How do I reschedule my clean?
You can reschedule your service by giving us a call or sending us a text message.
Do you offer discounts for ongoing services?
Yes, we certainly do!
Can I tip my cleaner?
You absolutely may but there is zero pressure to do so.
